Any returns will result in a store credit as each item sold is unique.
Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer the following options:
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Send an email to ckaypottery@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to offer a replacement or store credit, or refund, based on product availability.
Change of Mind Returns:
While we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once item is returned and inspected, a store credit will be given. Store credit does not expire.
Return Instructions:
To initiate a return, email us at ckaypottery@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
